Yafa Shnayder

Yafa Shnayder is the Director of Purchasing for Passive Components and PCBs at Flex, a position held since 1999, where they lead a team of eight strategic buyers and manage a procurement budget exceeding $200 million annually. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Yafa has successfully negotiated agreements with both local and global suppliers, sourced new suppliers, and participated in global electronics exhibitions. Prior to Flex, Yafa served as Purchasing Manager at Digidental Solutions and as Final Test Lab Manager at North Hills. Yafa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ort Bialik, earned between 1987 and 1989.
