Yew See Meng possesses extensive experience in production planning and customer service within various industries. Starting as a QA Supervisor at KL Kepong Cocoa Products Sdn. Bhd. in 2006, responsibilities included performing quality tests and addressing customer complaints. Yew See Meng transitioned to Optotronic Semiconductors Sdn Bhd as Planning Section Head, leading teams in demand forecasting and production scheduling while ensuring compliance with key performance indicators. From March 2019 to April 2021, a role as Senior Customer Service & Planning Executive at AEL Engineering Sdn. Bhd. involved facilitating customer interactions, managing order confirmations, and coordinating with supply chain teams. Currently serving as Senior Production Planner at Flex since April 2021, Yew See Meng focuses on new product development planning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology was earned from Universiti Sains Malaysia between 2003 and 2006.
