YT Lam is a seasoned engineering and operations executive with extensive experience at Flex, where YT Lam has held various leadership roles since 1997, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Business Operations since March 2011. Key achievements include optimizing global manufacturing operations and managing complex Cisco operations in Penang, contributing to revenue surpassing $1 billion annually. Prior roles at Flex involved significant responsibilities in site strategy, supply chain optimization, and test engineering. YT Lam's career began at Apple as an ICT Test Development & Sustaining Engineer, followed by a position at HP as a Senior Application Engineer and Test Consultant. YT Lam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
