Zhe Wang, also known as Joyce, is the Vice President of Legal at Flex, a role they have held since 2013. Prior to this, Zhe served as a Foreign Legal Advisor and Associate at Jones Day from 2004 to 2006 and held the position of Legal Counsel at ICBC International between 2011 and 2013. Zhe began their legal career as an Associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from 2001 to 2004. Currently, Zhe is pursuing a Certificate of Business Management and an LLM/K in Law at Northwestern University, along with an LLB in International Economic Law from Xiamen University and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham.
