Diego Calderon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Audit & Risk Management at Flex since May 2006, Diego leads the Internal Audit and Risk Management Services for the Americas and oversees global reporting and the Enterprise Risk Management program. Previously, Diego acted as Chief Audit Executive at Continental from 2004 to 2006, where responsibilities included the implementation of the COSO framework, internal control assessments, and leading forensic investigations. Diego began a career in auditing at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1997 to 1999, conducting financial audits and testing internal controls. Diego holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Panamericana and completed the Finance Executive Program at Stanford University in 2017.
