Beth Carter

Beth Carter is currently the Director of Growth at Flexa, a company that provides transparency in the job hunting process. Beth is also an Angel Investor at both Nodes Ventures and Ada Ventures. In their previous roles, Beth was a Growth Specialist at Visibly and a Growth Coach at SYSTM. Beth has experience as the Growth & Insights Lead at TILLIT and Consulting Head of Growth at Manifesto Studios. Beth has also worked as the Head of Growth at GoSquared and as the Managing Director at Atharna, where Beth worked with artisans from the Middle East. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Archaeology from Durham University and a certification in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.
