Molly Johnson-Jones

Molly Johnson-Jones is a highly experienced professional with a background in research strategy, consulting, and analysis. Molly began their career in 2011 as a Scholar at Deloitte. In 2012, they took on an Intern role at Rothschild. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Food Retail Analyst at Nomura International plc and #1 Extel Rated Research House. In 2017, they became the Head of Food Retail Research at GlobalData Retail, formerly known as Conlumino and Verdict Retail. In 2018, they held the roles of Head Of Strategy and Consultant at Stone & River. In 2019, they were the Senior Research Strategy Lead at 11:FS. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Flexa Careers.

Molly Johnson-Jones attended Leweston School from 2004-2009, where they achieved 8 A*s and 2As. From 2009-2011, they attended Downside School and studied Geography, Maths, Chemistry, and Biology. Finally, they attended the University of Oxford from 2012-2015, where they obtained a BA Hons in Geography.
