Paula Billington

Paula Billington has been working as the co-CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Customer Success at FlexCareers since June 2016. Prior to this, Paula held the position of Vice President, Customer Success and Senior Director of Operations at Practice Fusion from August 2009 to June 2015. Before that, Paula worked as an Operations Manager at RMG Networks from January 2008 to August 2009. Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Concentration in Technology Management from The Trustforte Corporation, and Paula has also completed the New Manager Boot Camp Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
