Donovan Lonsway

Donovan Lonsway has extensive experience in management and sales within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Since April 2014, Donovan has served as Plant Manager at Boomerang Rubber, overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency. Concurrently, Donovan has held the position of Director of Industrial Sales at Flexco Floors since August 2002, focusing on driving sales and fostering client relationships. Prior to these roles, Donovan worked as Sales Manager at FMT from April 2000 to August 2002, where responsibilities included managing sales strategies and team performance.
