Eric Ratts

Eric Ratts has extensive experience in enterprise architecture, holding senior leadership positions in various organizations. Eric is currently the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at Flexential. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, Strategy and Roadmap at Cengage Group from September 2022 to June 2023.

Before Cengage Group, Eric was an Enterprise Architect at EVOTEK, where they played a pivotal role in guiding clients through future-state vision and prioritization. Eric also developed content for a new Enterprise Architecture as a Service offering.

Eric has held Vice President positions in multiple organizations, including Claritas, Centura Health, and Hackensack Meridian Health. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing enterprise architecture initiatives, driving IT roadmap and strategy, and managing department budgets.

Eric has also served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at Optum and the Director of Enterprise Architecture at The Schwan Food Company. At Sports Authority, Eric led the establishment and implementation of an Enterprise Architecture program.

Eric began their career as an Enterprise Architect at Cigna, where they managed a team of architects and aligning enterprise data architecture with business needs and capabilities. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in developing future-state capabilities, assessing current-state technologies, and driving digital enablement.

Eric Ratts has a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University. Their field of study is not specified. In addition, they have obtained two additional certifications. One is the CIO Bootcamp from CHIME, which they obtained in September 2020. The other certification is the Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure, which they obtained in January 2019 from Coursera Course Certificates.
