Mike Peterson

Mike Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mike currently holds the position of Sr Director Platform Product Management at Flexential since 2023, where they are responsible for the interconnection products. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they served as the Director of Product Management - Interconnection, revitalizing and growing the offering to increase revenue and reduce churn.

Before joining Flexential, Mike worked at Equinix as a Partner Manager from 2017 to 2020, where they built and managed the Fulfillment Partner Program. Mike was responsible for training, recruiting, and managing partners delivering customer scopes of work.

From 2016 to 2017, Mike worked at Digital Realty as a Product Manager, Services, where they developed a global template for post-sale add-on services, ensuring consistent customer support across different locations.

Prior to that, Mike held positions at Belden Inc. from 2014 to 2016, serving as a Technology and Applications Manager, expanding alliances with industry partners, and as a Global Product Line Manager, driving marketing and promotions for the data center product line.

Before joining American Power Conversion, Mike worked at Panduit from 2007 to 2014, starting as a Territory Account Manager and later becoming the Channel Marketing Strategy Manager. In this role, they led the partner program globally, launched a new partner portal, and built go-to-market plans to expand sales with partners.

Additionally, in May 2020, they acquired certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
