Richard Ambrosio

Richard Ambrosio has extensive work experience in the field of sales operations and business operations. Richard is currently working at Flexential as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations. Prior to that, they were employed at Lumen Technologies as the Director of Business Operations, where they oversaw a team of program and project managers responsible for driving milestone management of key revenue initiatives. Richard also led sales restructuring and drove the implementation of sales territory planning systems. Additionally, they served as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and played a role in business case development and management. Before their time at Lumen Technologies, Richard worked at CenturyLink as the Director of Business Operations and the Senior Manager of Sales Business Operations. Richard also had roles at Level 3 Communications, where they served as the Senior Manager of Sales Business Operations and the Senior Manager of Business Applications (Salesforce.com). In these positions, they were responsible for managing sales operations, acting as the Chief of Staff to the Sales RVP, and leading Salesforce.com analytics.
