Darrin Ladd

Darrin Ladd has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Darrin currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Engineering Operations at Flexera, where they oversee all technology and engineering operations, including budget management, organizational design, vendor management, SDLC ownership, and performance metrics. Prior to this, they worked at ServiceNow in various leadership roles, including Head of Engineering Operations for two large engineering organizations, Head of Engineering Operations for the PlatformX technology incubation group, Senior Director of Design Systems, Senior Director of Content Strategy, and Director of Program Management. Darrin also founded ObjectiveChange, a consultancy focused on helping companies improve their resilience and continuously evolve in changing circumstances using agile methods and lean thinking. Earlier in their career, Darrin held roles at BigVisible Solutions, KPMG, State Street Global Markets, Newfound Communications, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), gaining experience in agile coaching, consulting, technology services, and software development.

Darrin Ladd attended Cornell University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
