Greg Birkenbeuel

Greg Birkenbeuel has extensive experience in technical writing and documentation management, currently serving as Technical Documentation Manager at Flexera since 2015, where responsibilities include crafting documentation for key product lines like Flexera One and InstallShield. Prior to Flexera, Greg was the Senior Technical Writer at exp Global Inc. for over a decade, supporting major clients such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the City of Chicago Department of Water Management. Earlier roles include Senior Technical Writer at Computer Associates, where documentation for DB2 software products was produced, and Technical Writer at Platinum Technology Inc. and Systat Software, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Mathematics from Northern Illinois University and has studied at the University of Oxford.
