PJ Rehm

PJ Rehm is the Director of Lifecycle Operations at FlexGen, where they lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Previously, PJ held various roles including Vice President of Grid Innovation & Safety at ElectriCities of NC, where they managed a team serving over 90 electric utility members. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, PJ has also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Altec, applying Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes. Their early career involved a co-op as a Process Engineer at EMC, where they improved manufacturing processes and developed specialized tools.
