Leslie is a native Houstonian with over 26 years’ experience in staffing. Her enthusiasm for staffing is driven by her desire to inspire and help others find successful & fulfilling careers. As an accomplished Director of Sales, she recognizes that building her team and their supplier partnerships is of critical importance. Her job is to provide world-class service to her clients through good recruiting services, communication, transparency, efficiency, and mutual trust.

Her passion is Community Service. Current, Chairman Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers for over 20 years, Sugar Land Exchange Club 24 years as a member, 3 term Board Member, YMCA Advisory Board Member 14 years and 2013 Volunteer of the Year. HLS&R volunteer Paint Horse Committee 26 years. Wing over Houston volunteer 10 year. Project Smile volunteer 18 years.
