Alika Sharma

Alika Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Alika started their career in 2005 at LeasePlan as an Account Service Executive. After that, they joined iDiscoveri Preschool in 2009 as a Teacher & School Coordinator, where they worked for 3 years and played various roles. In 2012, they became the School Incharge at The Shri Ram School, and held the position until 2018. Alika then joined WhiteHat Jr in 2020 as a Manager in Recruitment & Training, and worked until April 2021. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Manager at FlexifyMe since March 2022.

Alika Sharma attended CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application.
