Emma Shand

Emma Shand has a solid background in various roles, starting off as a Sales Coordinator at P&B Computers Ltd, before moving on to roles such as Account Manager, Senior Sales Account Manager, Collections Manager, and currently as a Credit Control Manager at Flexioffices. Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a talent for managing teams through periods of change. Emma's experience also includes training and development of employees, handling complaints in line with regulations, and ensuring targets are met consistently. Emma holds a 2:1 BA Hons degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent.
