Rachel Debeck

Rachel Debeck has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachel is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Flexischools since March 2023. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mable, a platform revolutionizing aged care and disability support at home, from October 2018 to March 2023. Prior to Mable, Rachel held the position of Head of People & Commercial Affairs at BCG Digital Ventures from March 2016 to June 2018. Rachel also has experience in the legal field, having worked as a lawyer at various firms such as Banki Haddock Fiora, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Commonwealth Bank. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
