Lucila Pissani

Lucila Pissani has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Lucila is currently the Country Operations Director at Flexiti, where they focus on employee experience and engagement. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as an HR Business Partner, where they provided strategic support to technology leadership and served as an HR referent for IT professionals. Lucila also held the role of HR Talent Specialist at Accenture, where they managed internal talent for consulting projects. Before joining Accenture, Lucila worked at EY, where they served as a Team Lead and Project Team Coordinator, leading and supporting client operations in Mexico. Lucila also held the role of Global Account Coordinator at EY.

Lucila Pissani holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Lucila has also completed the Strategic HR Advisor Program at Josh Bersin Academy. In addition, they have attended executive programs at Universidad del CEMA and Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Lucila has obtained certifications such as the Certificate in Advanced English and the Advanced International Certificate of Education from the University of Cambridge, as well as the DELF B1 from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale.
