Anja Lysfjord

Anja Lysfjord has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anja most recently worked as the Head of Crewing and HR at FLEX LNG. Prior to that, they worked as a Crew Manager at Awilco Technical Services AS from 2020 to 2022, and at Wilhelmsen group from 2018 to 2020. Before transitioning to the maritime industry, Anja worked as an Intellectual Property Administrator at Zacco - 360° Intellectual Property from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Wilhelmsen group, including Assistant Crew Manager, Manning Superintendent, and Training Coordinator from 2011 to 2016.

Anja Lysfjord began their education by attending Palos Verdes Peninsula High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a high school diploma. Anja then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from California State University, Long Beach, from 2004 to 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, Anja Lysfjord enrolled in BI Norwegian Business School, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Political Economy. In 2009, they also briefly attended Université libre de Bruxelles, where they pursued an additional Master of Science degree in Political Economy.
