Steffen Gedde-Linna is an experienced Fleet Manager currently overseeing the technical operation of a 13-vessel LNG carrier fleet at FLEX LNG since September 2021. With a background at Frontline Management AS and Golar LNG, Steffen has held various leadership roles, including Project Manager for operations readiness and Lead Engineer for pre-operation projects, where responsibilities included managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements. Steffen has a strong focus on optimizing operational efficiency through the implementation of new technologies and data analysis. Educational credentials include an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and experience in various operational roles within the maritime industry.
