Rubén Antón Martínez

Rubén Antón Martínez is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software engineering and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at FlexMyRoom since February 2020, Rubén previously worked as a Technical Agile Coach at Rubocoptero, focusing on sustainable agility for development teams. With experience as a Senior Software Engineer at BetterDoctor, Rubén designed algorithms for data clustering and enhanced system architecture. As a Lean Squad Engineer at Flywire, Rubén established an innovation-focused discovery squad and improved operational efficiencies. Earlier roles include Mobile Developer at FacileThings, where an offline-first architecture was implemented, and a Software Tester Intern at GameHouse. Rubén holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Universitat d'Alacant and participated in an ERASMUS exchange program at Czech Technical University in Prague.
