Rich Vaughn

Rich Vaughn is an experienced professional with over three decades in leadership roles within the power generation and industrial sectors. As President of FLEXOP 360 LLC since January 2009 and Babbittech, Inc. since April 1990, Rich Vaughn has demonstrated expertise in business management and operations, particularly in the repair and refurbishment of babbitted bearings for the power generation industry. Prior to these roles, Rich Vaughn served as a Sales Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1988 to 1990, focusing on sales, marketing, and business development for rotating equipment in the oil and power industries. Rich Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, awarded in 1985.
