Ina Hönig

Ina Hoxha currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategy, Business Development & Transformation at the University of Miami Health System since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ina held positions in several prominent healthcare organizations, including Division Director of Strategy for DaVita Kidney Care, Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development at Cleveland Clinic, and Chief Operating Officer at South Beach Orthotics and Prosthetics. Additionally, Ina has extensive experience in business development and physician relations, notably as Vice President of Business Development at Promise Healthcare, Inc., and Area Director at Kindred Healthcare. Ina Hoxha holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University and has a background in Pre-Medicine and Psychology from Carson-Newman University.
