Charlie Denison

Charlie Denison serves as the Managing Director and Principal at Shorehill Capital LLC since February 2018, overseeing investment origination, execution, and portfolio management while also sitting on the boards of four portfolio companies. Additional roles include Chairperson of the Board of Managers at Flexpak Corporation, Vice Chairperson of the Board of Managers at Triad Technologies, and a member of the Board of Managers at Functional Devices, Inc. Previous experience includes a role as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, Principal at Adams Street Partners, and Senior Analyst in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Charlie Denison holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
