Celina Pagnani-Tousignant

Celina is a long-time FlexPaths’ consultant and president and founder of Normisur International, a management-consulting firm based in California specializing in workforce development and leadership training. Celina has over 25 years of international corporate experience. Her services include executive briefings for senior leaders and board members, manager and employee training, flexible work program design and execution, project management, strategy development, organizational change management, executive coaching, facilitation, and curriculum design. Currently, she is part of the faculty at World at Work (WAW). Celina holds a Coaching Certification from John F. Kennedy University and was trained as an Integral Coach at New Ventures West. She is skilled at facilitating conversations among people with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and cultures and has a particular sensitivity to issues around diversity and trust-building/re-building. She has provided her expertise under the FlexPaths' brand for companies including Eisner Amper, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Pan-American Life Insurance Group, and Walmart.
