Kathy is a long-time FlexPaths' consultant and founder of Career/Life Alliance Services, based in Minneapolis, MN. Kathy is a workforce solutions specialist with over 30 years of experience consulting businesses on workforce transformation. Her company also provides an array of wellness and professional development workshops. She is a faculty member at World at Work, teaching Total Rewards Strategy.
