Hardeep Pal

Hardeep Pal has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer in Manual QA at IBM. There, they tested applications on various platforms, analyzed requirements, and documented test cases. In 2017, Hardeep joined Ericsson as a QA Analyst Intern, where they imported manual test cases and performed regression testing. They also supported quick releases and executed unit testing. From 2017 to 2021, Hardeep worked at HubSpot as a Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on both manual and automation testing. They maintained a test automation framework, utilized Java, Selenium WebDriver, Maven, and TestNG, and managed code and resources using GIT and GitHub. Currently, Hardeep works at FlexPay as a QA Specialist, utilizing AI-driven machine learning to optimize transaction handling and data analysis.

Hardeep Pal received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Punjab Technical University between 2010 and 2014. Later, between 2015 and 2017, Hardeep completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Mobile Application Development at Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles.
