Bingyan Mao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Account Manager at Flexport since June 2018. In this role, Bingyan leads a team responsible for executing shipment tasks and delivering exemplary customer service to key accounts, while optimizing processes to meet client KPIs. Prior experience includes roles at 德瓴科技 as an e-commerce specialist, achieving significant sales growth, and at Ceisa Packaging as a Web Marketing Assistant.
