Derek Bushaw

Derek Bushaw is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in air and ocean freight operations, particularly in the Greater China region. Currently serving as the Head of Air Freight and Global Head of Ocean Consolidation Services at Flexport since January 2021, Bushaw has previously held senior roles including COO at CloudFB, where focus was on transforming the food and beverage supply chain in China. Additionally, experience includes positions such as VP Transportation for North Asia at DHL Supply Chain and various leadership roles at Vestas and Damco. Bushaw holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Transportation and Logistics from The University of British Columbia.
