Derek Winokur

Derek Winokur, CSCP, currently serves as the Manager of Vendor Management for West Coast operations at Flexport, a position held since October 2020. In this role, Derek collaborates with cross-functional teams to operationalize key initiatives in North American Trucking and Warehousing, managing vendor relationships and driving KPI adherence through data-driven decision-making. Prior to this, Derek held positions at Flexport as a Senior Associate and Client Solutions Associate, where responsibilities included improving employee UX/UI and providing customized logistics strategies for clients with global support. Earlier experience includes working as a Capacity Account Manager at C.H. Robinson, where Derek developed logistics plans and resolved conflicts among customers and carriers. Derek holds a degree in Business Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
