Indre Klijnsma is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing growth and operations in the logistics, technology, and financial sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for Western Europe at Flexport, Indre Klijnsma has successfully driven the Go-To-Market strategy and executed business growth from under $1M to hundreds of millions in four years. Previous roles include Regional Lead for Community Operations at Uber, where Indre Klijnsma oversaw operations across seven markets, and a Senior Product Manager at American Express, leading the Platinum Card's management across numerous markets. Indre Klijnsma is also a co-founder of StartupHighway, a Baltic startup accelerator, and holds a Master's degree in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics.
