Lasse Daene

Lasse Daene has extensive experience in ocean freight management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Ocean Freight for West Europe Exports at Flexport since October 2017. Lasse's responsibilities include overseeing the regional ocean freight team for BENLUX and DACH, developing go-to-market strategies for TransAtlantic Westbound, and managing ocean P&L while interfacing with customers to provide market intelligence. Previous roles at Flexport have included positions as National Ocean Freight Manager for North Germany, Trade Lane Manager for Asia-Europe, and Senior Operations Associate. Lasse's career began at Expeditors as a Management Trainee, with a focus on operational training across multiple transport modes.
