Martin Sands

Martin Sands is an experienced professional involved in the biotechnology and investment sectors. Currently serving as Co-Managing Member of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for multiple companies, including Tempo Therapeutics, Osteal Therapeutics, ThoughtSpot, Flexport, BigID, AlphaSense, Babson Diagnostics, Cybereason, and Conversa Health, Martin plays a significant role in funding and strategic oversight. Additionally, Martin holds the position of Co-Chairman and Senior Manager at Genesis Merchant Capital, where efforts are focused on identifying compelling public and private investment opportunities. An alumnus of Union College, Martin is actively contributing to the advancement of innovative technologies in healthcare and data intelligence.
