Phil Song

Phil Song currently serves as the Head of Operation Tech Product & Data Services and previously held the role of Director, Operational Excellence at Flexport since March 2020. Prior to Flexport, Phil Song worked at AXA from January 2016 to April 2019 as a Product Owner in the Digital Service & Innovation sector within the Chief Digital Office. Phil Song's experience includes various positions at PayPal from April 2007 to March 2015, including Head of Telemarketing for China SMB Sales and Program Manager for APAC Operation Excellence. Phil Song began a career in journalism as an Intern Reporter at Jie Fang Daily in 2005. Phil Song earned an M.Sc. in Publishing Management from the University of Stirling and an M.A. in Communicating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
