Eric T. McKissack

Eric T. McKissack, CFA, has a distinguished career in investment management and board governance. Currently serving as Chair and Independent Board Director at FlexShares Exchange Traded Funds and as an Independent Board Director at Pathway Funds with Morgan Stanley, McKissack also holds a board director position at Farmer Mac and serves on the board of McKissack & McKissack. Previously, McKissack was the CEO Emeritus and Founder of Channing Capital Management, where the focus was on equity investing for institutions, and served as Vice Chairman at Ariel Investments. McKissack's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, alongside studies at Columbia Business School.
