Jason Schadel

Jason Schadel is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Manager of Corporate Quality at Flexsteel Industries Inc. since April 2014. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at CNH, including Project/Area Manager, where management of agricultural manufacturing operations was a key focus, and Quality Manager, overseeing plant quality and manufacturing engineering. Additional responsibilities included serving as Project Manager for the design, planning, and implementation of agricultural manufacturing operations at Case Construction in Burlington, Iowa. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from St. Ambrose University and furthered education at the University of Northern Iowa.
