Ronhoward McNeil, E.I.T., CQE is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality management, production, and value stream management. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc. since May 2019, Ronhoward has previously held positions at Pentair, including Quality Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic goal deployment and continuous improvement initiatives. With expertise in Lean methodology, root cause analysis, and various manufacturing systems, Ronhoward has effectively led projects across multiple sites to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, Ronhoward's educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Prairie View A&M University.
