Ben Alwi Abu Bakar is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Advanced Process Engineer at Flexsys since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Polyplastics for a decade, progressing from Associate Engineer to Senior Engineer. During time at Polyplastics, responsibilities included ensuring compliance with ISO/TS16949, OHSAS18000, and ISO14001 standards, alongside daily monitoring of plant performance and quality. Ben also played a key role in implementing CAPEX and KAIZEN improvement projects throughout the tenure.
