Lauren Marlinghaus is an experienced professional in chemical manufacturing and sports coaching. Currently serving as Team Manager at Flexsys since May 2021, Lauren oversees a team of 17 direct reports in a chemical manufacturing setting. Previously, Lauren coached the varsity softball team at O'Fallon Township High School from January 2018 to 2022, focusing on the overall development of athletes. Lauren also has experience as a Process Operator at Eastman Chemical Company from January 2018 to May 2021 and worked as a Sensory Motor Coach at Brain Balance Achievement Centers between July 2016 and December 2017. Lauren holds two Bachelor's degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Upper Iowa University, awarded between August 2012 and May 2016.
