Saima Choudhury is a seasoned Process Control Engineer currently working at Flexsys since May 2023, having previously held the position of Process Engineer at Henkel from November 2020 to May 2023. At Henkel, Saima was instrumental in the 24/7 operation of continuous sulfonation/sulfation processes, leading a cross-functional team and implementing long-term solutions for various operational challenges. Saima's career also includes internships at 3M, where contributions to manufacturing technology and quality control were made, along with experience as a Gender and Religion Intern at the Women's Islamic Initiative in Spirituality & Equality. An academic background in Chemical Engineering was obtained from Washington University in St. Louis, with hands-on experience in data, GIS, and peer mentoring within engineering disciplines.
