Shelley McHugh

Shelley McHugh is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in client support and training roles. Currently serving as a Client Support Specialist at FlexTecs since June 2025, McHugh previously worked with Career Path Services from April 2018 to June 2025 in dual roles as a BankWork$ Instructor and Intake Specialist for WIOA, focusing on workforce enhancement. Earlier experience includes instructing at YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish, as well as various roles in the banking sector, including Loan Processor at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and Sales Support Specialist at Umpqua Bank.
