Flextools

Flextools provides an end-to-end SaaS platform and prequalification services to enable Balancing Service Providers (BSPs) and Balance Responsible Parties (BRPs) to take control over the flexibility value chain. Our cloud-based platform is integrated with all major TSO balancing markets across the Nordics. BSPs and BRPs use our products and services to control and manage the participation of their own assets, and the assets of their customers, in the flexibility markets. From streamlining prequalification to aggregation and bidding optimisation, the Flextools platform gives customers full control and transparency. Flextools is integrated with all major TSO markets, including Statnett (the Norwegian TSO), Svenska Kraftnät (Swedish TSO), Energinet (Danish TSO), and several DSO markets in the Nordics (NODES Markets in Norway and Sweden). With our Nordic-leading expertise, we connect and integrate many types of assets including batteries (BESS), wind and solar parks, industrial systems, data centers, and commercial assets. Partners and customers establish the necessary communications and controls using either our TSO-proven hardware or our API solution. Any third party control system can connect with our secure, cloud-based flexibility platform. Today, we are a dedicated team of experts on power and flexibility markets, controls hardware, Azure and cloud-based software services, and customer service. Our aim is for more companies to participate in and gain value from flexibility markets. This, in turn, will accelerate the transition to a reliable and carbon free power system.
