Laura de Sousa

Laura De Sousa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and customer support. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager at Flextrack Inc since April 2023, Laura previously held roles as Program Manager at HCMWorks Inc. and Allegis Global Solutions, as well as Program Specialist at Allegis. Early career positions include customer support and administrative roles at Aerotek and Agabi Restaurant Bar and Grill. Laura began a career in the hospitality industry as a waitress while studying at Sheridan College, where an Advanced Diploma in Advertising and Marketing Account Management was obtained. Additionally, Laura is currently pursuing further education at McMaster University Continuing Education.
