Joan Foley

Joan Foley has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Joan currently serves as the VP of Finance at FlexTrades, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as the Controller at FlexTrades from 2018 to 2022. Before joining FlexTrades, they held various roles at U.S. Water, including Assistant Controller from 2017 to 2018 and Director of Accounting Services from 2016 to 2017. Joan also worked as a Controller at Horizontal Integration from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at Salo LLC as the Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2015 and Accounting Manager from 2011 to 2012. Joan started their career as an Experienced Senior Accountant at Salo LLC from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Audit Senior at Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell & Co. P.L.L.P. from 2007 to 2008 and as a Staff Auditor at Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell & Co. P.L.L.P from 2005 to 2007.

Joan Foley attended Sibley East High School, though the duration of their enrollment is unknown. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Winona State University from 2000 to 2005.
