Matt Heiden

Matt Heiden is currently the Director of Talent Management at Flexware Innovation where Matt assists in finding new employees for implementation of solutions and provides talent search assistance. Matt is also a Board Member for the TALK Indianapolis Chapter. With experience as an Account Executive at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and as an IT Recruiter at Pinnacle Partners, Inc., Matt brings a strong background in talent acquisition. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Dyson and as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Players Club Golf Course. Matt holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Ball State University.
