Samantha Smith, MSW, PHR has a diverse work experience with roles ranging from Social Work Consultant to Director of Operations. Samantha began their career in 2005 as a Personnel/Residence Assistant at Taylor University. Over the years, they transitioned to roles such as Social Research Analyst and Director of Client Services at Exodus Refugee Immigration. In 2011, they worked as a Social Work Consultant at RAPHA HOUSE INTERNATIONAL INC before becoming the HR & Finance Manager at Homesense Heating | Cooling in 2012. Samantha'smost recent role was at Flexware Innovation, where they started as an Operations Coordinator in 2018 and eventually became the Director of Operations in 2023.
