Led by the Head Of Customer Services, the team addresses customer inquiries, optimizes service plans through the Customer Team Manager, analyzes customer data with the Data And Insights Lead for strategic enhancements, and supports operational efficiency thanks to the Operations Analyst. Together, they work to empower Kiwis with fair, transparent, and eco-friendly electricity solutions.
