Timothy Pedergnana

Timothy Pedergnana is a Partner at Flicker, Garelick & Associates, LLP since March 2023, following nearly a decade as an Associate Attorney at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable James S. Rothschild, Jr. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, where responsibilities involved trial presentation and legal motions in complex civil litigation. Additional judicial internships took place at various courts in New Jersey, along with research assistant roles at Rutgers University School of Law, contributing to significant legal publications and briefs. Timothy holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in Mass Communications and Journalism from SUNY Geneseo.
